The original vector is by I saw people saying they we're dissapointed that it wasn't adaptable for paint. So, as a nice person, I made it so.IN OTHERWORDS. I don't take any credit for this base, if you use it, credit not me.

friendo, save the image as a png, then open it up in paint. OR view the fullsize image copy and paste into paint. It should work in paint that's kinda the whole reason I made it.Β

So when I go onto paint and paste it, it just shows PIXELED still. I can't trace it or change the color. Since well I don't like tracing over bases. ;-;

well see there's your problem. Don't resize it. Keep it the same dimensions it comes as. if you resize it it'll mess up.
