Hello. I'm here from Project Comment. Let's take a look at your picture shall we.
First of all, this has a rather appealing art style. This is actually kind of biased, since I'm quite a fan of cartoonish elements mixing with realistic elements.
Your value study, mixed with the colour pallet emits a positive aura throughout the painting, which fits well with the theme.
The first flaw of the piece would be that the silhouette looks 'clunky'. I can't really tell what your character is doing in the portrait. Is she about to give a hug? Did she place her hands on her hips? Is she leaning against a fence?
Another problem is that the placement of her facial features is quite chaotic. If I washing to do a re-do of this painting, I would lift the left corner of her mouth up to match her right corner, narrow out her nostril so it doesn't look like it's sticking out of her face and move it just a little closer to her nose and readjust her eyes and either move them or shrink them so that they're not so close to her bangs.
This last tip is sort of a nit pick, but you probably could have used a thinner line for her outline.

Hi there! I'm from Project Comment, here to help you improve on your artwork!
I like the style you were going for in this picture. I have some pointers on how to make it look more realistic, but take them as they are because I don't know what kind of art program you are using and how much you can use the tools for.
I noticed throughout the many aspects of your drawing that you use the smudge or blend tool, which I assume is to add shading/highlights. Although this method is effective, it gives the entire drawing a feel of no texture, which isn't as nice as it could be. Instead, I would try to use varying amounts of different brushes to create new textures. For example, I would use more of a dotted brush for shading/highlighting for clothing because clothing in real life has a different quality than human skin, so you would use different brushes appropriately. Also, try using colors besides black and white for that part because it makes the drawing look flat. Experiment with some colors because you might find some look better than others. Your brushes and colors for the hair look pretty good, though!
Anatomically, your human looks decent, but I would suggest using a human model (or model for whatever style you're going for) because some areas could be changed that would look more accurate i.e. facial structure. I do like the change in size of your line art, however!
I understand the eyes are a stylistic choice, but adding more natural effects i.e. light source, shadow from hair, etc., would look much better and match the overall sense of your drawing. Color choices in these drawings is importante!
Hope my feedback help!~3C
