Flat... hmmm. I think I see what you mean. I guess I would add brighter lights at the face's most prominent areas like chin and nose, in order to make them come forward better (and you could try to remove the light directly under her lower lip - it seems to me that this part pops out a tiny bit too much). At any rate, those "corrections" are really minor, but perhaps you give it a try?

I think that they're to flat, so I'd give some depth.. I'd probably do it with Burn Tool.. Maybe darker contour? Generally - more shading, cheers
