With this monster of bodycast sitting for a timespan longer than about half an hour is out of question, because the bottom edge cast rides so low. That's very effective in immobilising the lower spine, but restricts any activity nearly completely.

Hard casts, hard times.

It's understandable that poor Françoiseis is crying: pain, to look like a plaster cast monster, her missing time in her job in the future and - of course - her shoes that broke while she fell down the stairs. Nobody thinks about these poor shoes!

At least her make up is still acurate!
