Second (and last) kiriban pic! 8DFor Sarah of her gorgeous peophin Brriloquai! I tried a different style of colouring - which I don't think I'll try again because it took a whole lot longer and doesn't really look that much different xD
And I'm so sorry about the background D: I tend to rush them (always) because I'm so keen to finish... She's meant to be stepping out of the wave with a sandbar in the foreground... erg. .-.
Told you I'd get it done eventually, though

Water is pretty hard to draw too.

Laur..you need to either draw backgrounds with outlines or stop leaving the outlines on your foreground. Lately it's constantly looked like you've cut and pasted your character onto a background - to make it blend, you need to get rid of the outlines, and make drop shadows. And shallow water is clear, so the water by the sandunes should just be a very low opacity of white to make it offset the other part of the sand (and darken the sand "under" the water) and then some white foam around the very edges of it. It may have been better to leave the sand bar out, because now she looks WAY too big for the water (it would be too shallow) and it looks like someone chopped her tail off. Her head is also too big for her body (even with foreshortening). I won't say much on water because I wouldn't be able to help you much there. OTHER THAN THAT..lol. Great shading and anatomy! And the sky is amazing! Wonderful clouds

I can't do lines on my computer 'cause I'm so shaky with the touchpad/mouse and I don't draw them in before hand because I usually end up changing it so much.. xD But I shall try to get it right next time!

I love your artz Laur. You know I do, but I think I agree with iPhee on this one, except I was thinking maybe she should be a little more front-on. Like facing us a little more? Or maybe it's the direction in which the rear of her body seems to be going..? D:

This is... Really, Reeeeeeeally, Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally.. amazingly awesomely good and wonderfully spectacular and... wow.
The only thing I can see wrong is the positioning of the body as it comes out of the wave. I think maybe it should be higher? Maybe not. It doesn't matter though, its no big deal
