Description just round the corner of my home, its all scarred raped countryside, brutaly maimed for all to see. but its not, the clay area is missed by tourists. Yey seaside!! Yey overpopulated, run down, closed for 6 months, under funded shithole cornwall!! this country uses this place like a recreation ground every summer, and yet we are the most poorly paid in the nation, but with the highest council bills???? why??
The largest employer in cornwall is Emerys clay co. who are quite happy to let cornwall turn into a fecking great pit!! not like I have any say in any matter, because they own the minerial rights to most of cornwall, and are very fond of compulsory purchases of peoples homes, familys homes, history. then tearing it into another hole. cornwall is scarred, and always will be.

How sad...Cornwall has such a rich and mystical history. Yet, there something in this pic that is intriguing- see how the power of nature tries to take it all back from us? Soon- if left alone- the Hedge will engulf these man-made structures and make it into something new and strange...

Ok i don't live in cornwall, i live in shropshire, which has simular countryside, but the place where i grew up was about 10 miles of forest and such of which from all that in the space of say 15yrs they have reduced to a piece of land around 30mtrs deep and maybe a 1000metres long. All because national heritadge ran low on money and sold the land to a few housing developers... bastards.

great photo aswell

thank you, I'm sad to hear you find things of such a simular nature (irony in terms) where you are, its the brilliant way the human animal works, take now, blame something else later.

Very good shot there, mate.
Tecnically it's really neat, but the colors are a little to monotonous and greyish. The description's really good to. Keep it up, friend!
