Wow... I really, really love this one. It truly is amazing.
I honestly didn't notice your fist two pieces for Magic in Origins. One set later, BfZ: Bloodbond Vampire. I was stunned. I looked at the artist's name and didn't know it. I looked for previous cards and realized your art was new to the game - and you to my group of favourite MtG artists.
One year passed until Kaladesh was released and with it this beauty. It was your work again. This piece of art played an important role in the grade of perfection the card achieved in my eyes. It skyrocketed into my favourite cards of all time, currently ranking third only behind two other ones I've loved for a long time for individual reasons.
In other words: Keep up the great work! I hope to see your style on cards again soon, especially with the upcoming sets' themes (Aether Revolt continuing Kaladesh and Amonkhet being inspired by old Egypt).
Edit: I never owned a playmat and have been thinking about getting one, but I never found a subject that really got to me - until now. Is there a way to get a playmat with this image?
