Wasn't sure what category to put this in. It's a picture of the inside of the blacksmith shop at Hudson Bay, a national monument recreation over at Fort Vancouver. This was a working exhibit. The forge at the other end was in use as a demonstration and the room was filled with sulfer and smoke. While it's crowded with tools to showcase what they would have used, it was still a great room. If you look in the upper right, you'll see the giant bellows used to stoke the fire.Related content

I think it was in Spring, 2008. The picture says March and it gets the info from the picture itself, so I'd believe it.
