By Magnus! This is a masterpiece. I must say: This picture made me behold the Hand of the Eight and One acting through Chim-el Adabal in The Tower One and the Joined Blood. I am really feeling the presence of Auri-El-that-Is-Akatosh in this drawing. This art makes the Covenant be a whole new concept in the nature of Anui-El.
As Alessia was chosen by Shezzar-that-Is-Akatosh to be the Paravant so was Martin blessed by Shezzar-that-Is-Auri-El to be the Dragon Incarnate and drive away the Flames of Destruction.

Okay, I'll try to explain..
This scene shows younger Martin when he just became a priest. And while he was praying he had a sort of..I don't know, purification. These hands symbolize Akatosh and his loyalty to Martin

Ну, суть изначально была такова:Марти здесь изображен еще молодой, когда он только пошел в священники после своего сотонизма, и во время молитвы ему приходит что-то вроде просвещения, я не знаю, очищения. Только в виде заботливых рук. Рук Акатоша
