It’s Flora. Character from cartoon “Jayce and the wheeled warriors”.(Some videos - [link] [link] )
Flora is a flower, probably an orchid, who was transformed into a young girl by Audric and Gillian in one of their experiments.
Flora looks like a human child who is between seven to ten years old.
Flora can understand and speak to all animals and plants. She can sense emotions and other sensations in plants.
I don't know – can she breathe underwater of not. But i think not, because physiologically she more a human, not a flower.
So, how long she can hold breath? Hmmm…. 20-30 seconds, not more.
Scenario ^_^ :
In a one of planet she heard - someone speak! But It's not a human, it's plants!
It’s world with intelligent plants! You maybe say – It’s impossible! But space is were big
She was search them. And she found them in a Lake!
She was so excited that, immediately jumped into the water.
She spent a little time to find them. And it proved to underwater flowers!

So.. it’s first full my artwork. I know – he have many “bags”, but i think: "it's not bad ^_^"

I really love the Flora.
When I was only 8 years old was this alien little plant that I saw sacrifice his own life to save the universe.
In the episode "The Great Gardener"
The only way to defeat the Sawboss was trigger a device that kills all plants on the planet without doing harm to humans.
Flora is not a human, it is another alien plant.
Flora decides to sacrifice his own life to save Jayce and her friends.
When I was just a child I have seen the Flora who was also a child like me do your self sacrifice.
This was so appalling that made me cry nonstop for 3 whole months.
And I felt guilty for pick flowers for my mother.
I lived imagining how plants feel.
Imagining how the Flora feel?

Flora always be my favorite character.
It makes me wonder how plants feel.
She can talk to other plants.
How does she feel depends on no matter how difficult it is for humans to understand the life of plants.
Flora can pretend to be human, but she wants no secret. She really likes to be a plant. She did not want to be human. But she did not want to lose her human form. without the human form she could not participate in the life and adventures of her human friends.

Lovely picture you made here! I can see Flora doing this in the series, since she loves talking to the plant life on whatever planet the Pride lands on. This picture reminds me of end of the Epic of Gilgamesh, where he had to dive to the bottom of the sea to get a magical plant which granted immortality, renewed youth, or both.

I think you could had shown the face. It would had been better.
A great attempt in my book, and the story was cute.
I'd never heard of this cartoon though.
