Suggestions? OK. Try and lose the fogginess. At least the part covering her face and the important details - such as the light in her hand.
Bring in more colours. More contrasts, at least. It will help liven up the picture.
Also - decide where is the light source - by the looks of her dress I would say that on the left since it's hitting her side pretty hard - work with that. Add shadows.
