While i read last week's chapter of Naruto (510) I was listening to alot of songs by Disturbed, and they have an album called The Sickness which is the inspiration for this image. There was a panel which instantly reminded me of that album cover [link] and I knew I had to draw this! Madara (Tobi) is now basically an unstoppable monster with no goodness left within. So I tried to arc the face in a similar way to the image

Used pen for this, quite a lot was cropped out, for dramatical effects... And by making the picture darker it just looked more...evil..... lol! And i believe it was raining so my shading is not as neat as usual to amplify the jagged and crooked mind the character is portraying
