promo pic I made for a french convention in early july.
the pic was meant to introduce my new book and my publisher's new collection.
thing is ... my editor told me they needed a color pic like 10 days before I leave France for holidays ! I knew rough and ink wouldn't be a problem, but colors ...
I had a more complicated idea at the beginning, but because of the lack of time (I still had to draw my pages during those 10 days ) I sketched this in a few seconds, inked in a couple of minutes... and took a whole day to color it -___-
