Manhandla probably has to have one of the stupidest, albeit funny names in the game.Pretty much conceived as a four headed Venus flytrap.
NOTE:
I had drawn these during high school when I didn't really think about using another illustrator's work as reference, and this one is clearly based on some official D&D artwork by one of their illustrators. I'm only keeping these all up because of the traffic they bring to my page and the fact that a lot of you guys like them.

Fun fact: the manual says that the Manhandla is related to the Piranha Plant of "Super Mario Bros." fame.
Considering the amount of Mario enemies that appeared throughout the LoZ series (not to mention cameo appearances), makes you wonder if they share the same world.
