So basically, Bon and Fred had some sort of chemistry that would always make Chica squeal in delight, so, when it came to truth or dare one time, they kissed to prove that there was no chemistry. that backfired and they now have this weird friends-but-sort-of-friends-with-benefits kind of thing going on.
