I had a bad night last night and I was gonna draw some really dark vent art but I decided to draw this instead. It's a reminder that me, my loved ones, and I think really most people, need at times. Please be kind to yourself. You are worth it. Give yourself room to express your feelings. Don't be angry at yourself or feel like you have to punish yourself for things you can't control. You aren't perfect and you don't have to be. You are so much better than you think you are. You are worthy and you are loved.You deserve good things.Β

I keep getting mad at myself for being the way I am. Last nightΒ IΒ even broke down in tears because I felt like I wasn't the best I could be. But I don't need to be. I can't keep worrying about the futureΒ and what I can or can't do. I'm still growing, and I always will. I've accomplished so much already, and there's still so much that I will do. Not to mention I have a great family, an amazing boyfriend, and loyal friends and fans who I love and respect as much as they love and respect me. For all the hard times in my life, these things keep me alive.
I think I needed this too.Β I know I'm not the only one. Thank you.
