"Demons have always had a certain sense of... symbolism. Meaningful name, symbolic colors, etcetra, etcetera. Our council is no different. If you ever pay them a visit, you'll notice that they always have personalized masks, all primarily black. That's the color of order for us. Demons don't always see things the way you humans do, and most of the time, we don't. So while you may see the color white as the symbol of purity, we see it as the color of judgement... harsh judgement. Angels.
So, um... when you see a demon wearing a white mask... they're not wearing it on their own terms."

I really dig the design for this owl lady, so I really hope I get her! If I do, her name will most likely be Hester Belladonna, who is an owl demon who is working with the Demonic Council, specifically the vice-president, to atone for her previous crimes in hopes of earning redemption.

She is tasked with delivering important mail, often times in secret, which she uses her flying abilities for. Her magic feathery shawl turns into an actual pair of wings when needed. Also, she can see in the dark, and is very sensitive to bright lights.
