  This is some fan art of a monster from silent hill 4 its called Twin Victims (also know as Double Head) and they are the freakiest things in silent hill 4 The back story of the monster is even more messed up. The Twin Victims are a product of a man named Walter Sullivan. In Silent Hill 4 all of Walter's victims appear in the form of a ghost except for the Twin Victims. They were the eighth and seventh victim of Walter and their names were Billy and Mirian Locan and they were twins. Billy was killed by on swift blow with an ax and Mirian was brutally dismembered before her heart was removed.

When interacting with these monsters they point at your character named Henry Townshed and whisper "receiver". The only time they attack is when you approach to closely or when you provoke the Twin Victims. They will dart around the room dealing heavy damage to Henry until they are killed. when they die sob and thrash about on the ground.
