Description
Sherikwe of the Kwe Tribe
Age ???
Though older than most students, Sherikwe is still considered a young sapling by the other Kwe standards. The Kwes grow slowly.
Birthday March 21 is when the Kwe first began to sprout.
Gender/Pronouns He / She / They
What is gender to a Kwe? A Kwe is neither male nor female, but both at the same time. As plants tend to be. Although, the plant creature is often referred to as a male, Sherikwe could care less if one were to refer to them as anything else.
Sexuality Plant
Height 4’ 7” / 139.7 cm
Weight 275 lbs / 124.7 kg
Race Madremonte
Power
Earth Golems
Sherikwe has the ability to infuse the earth with an orb of the kwe’s energy, molding it into semi-sentient beings of their own creation. These creations, or golems, can carry out tasks directed by the kwe to the best of their ability. Once a task has been completed, or their energy orb has been released, the golem will fall apart, and their energy orb will return to Sherikwe.
Limits
Sherikwe only has so much of its being to transfuse into the earth. Bigger golems require more energy, whereas smaller ones require only a small amount. Bigger golems tend to be smarter, and stronger, while smaller ones are faster, and with the proper mechanisms, can fly.
Golems act on their own accord. The kwe can try to direct them to do something, but they may not always listen.
If the kwe uses too much energy, they may become unconscious until a golem is destroyed, and their energy returns. While unconscious, golems can be reckless without their commander to guide them.
Golems can link together to form loose bridges, or constructs. However, once they are released, the construct will fall apart.
When a golem is released, only a portion of their energy is returned. Thus, using this power too much in succession will force Sherikwe to make less golems than before. Rendering him unconscious faster.
Sherikwe has an extremely hard time making Golems out of sand. They are typically very small, and easy to break. It is a little easier to do so if water is present, however they tend to fall apart once they dry.
Personal Information
Personality
Practical | Down to earth | Adventurous | Spontaneous | Excitable | Quirky || Assertive | Blunt | Reckless | Sensitive | Childish | Impatient
At first glance, Sherikwe is an enigma. Their stoic face, and strange speech can give off the wrong impression. However, this little kwe is full of life. They love to dance, explore, and mingle with the different personalities at this school. They don’t really care about cultural mannerisms, and can come off as rude at times. They often times act without thinking things through, and do so on a whim. Following the tides of their emotions. It can often times get them into trouble.

Sunlight, rain, festivals, poking fun, exploring, thrills (Such as rollercoasters, giant slides, etc.), riding his golems, faeries, and colorful scarves. Kwes are very fashionable you know. They always follow the seasons.

Being so small compared to other kwes, being looked down on, squirrels, cats, pests, fungi, winter, cold, ice, and fire! Fire bad!
History
Sherikwe was slow to spout compared to his siblings. The other kwes found their legs much sooner than he did. The kwe was always jealous. Watching the others. Waiting for what felt like an eternity for his roots to grow strong enough to support him.
Finally, it happened, he was free! The little sprout wiggled it’s way out of the soil, and into the open air! He wasted no time at all to join the others. Doing his best to keep up with them. Dancing, and playing. And while he was small, he never let that stop him. Sherikwe had a commanding presence, even among the older kwes. Soon, he had kwes following along with his reckless ideas. It was one such idea, that got them into trouble.
The kwes were jumping from rock to rock. Almost like a game of extreme hopscotch, atop a tall rocky hill. Sherikwe was small, so it was easy for him to jump onto the loosely perched rocks. The other two much larger, and much heavier, kwes were having a much harder time keeping up. One slipped, making the large rock slide out from under them. The larger kwe fell safely flat on it’s stump. However, the boulder pushed more rocks out of the way. Running into Sherikwe’s perch, sending the kwe tumbling down the hill. Luckily, the kwe landed on a large boulder not too far from the others. But, it was too slippery to climb up, and he was too short to grab his friend’s branch. He jumped and jumped and jumped, to no avail. It then came as a surprise that the ledge was being brought closer to him. Or wait, no...he was being lifted towards the ledge! He grabbed a hold of his friend’s stump, and was hoisted up. He looked back one last time to see a pile of rocks fall to the ground, and a tiny green orb fade out of sight. Strange. Was it a fairy?!
It wasn’t long after that he got an invitation to a very secret fairy gathering. Oh! How exciting! He must thank them for their help! The kwe was later disappointed to find out it was not fairy gathering. Instead, it was an invitation to a school. For creatures, like him to learn and grow. Become powerful warriors that could protect the living world. He quickly grew to like his fellow students, and began to befriend them. Over time, he grew into the young sapling he is today. Now he’s ready to take on a new challenge, and raise these new saplings into true warriors. Hoping this time, his leadership will not lead them into trouble.
Fun Facts
This kwe grows a bit more slowly than the others. But he still is not that much shorter. He is more wide than tall.
Like most trees, Sherikwe's leaves change with the seasons. Changing colors in the Fall, falling off in the Winter, then blooming in the Spring.
Sherikwe's flowers are usually white and pink.
When first learning how to use his power, Sherikwe made little golems in his likeness. But after interacting with the others at the school, he learned how to make different shapes and creatures.
