is what the front of the dress looks like.
The roses start from the belt area and fan down to wrap around the skirt... the white skirt kinda curtains up once in the front (where there's a small bouquet of flowers) and twice to the side... then the trains follow.
To my knowledge dancing gowns in Italy were made of either silk or taffeta.
