Wow, your first? Great job! I especially like the blurred crow, and like nimeshHK said, the knee skull. The pectorals look a little off to me, like I'm not sure if both of them are...at the same angle? I'm not sure what it is. I also like what you did with his eyes, too - kinda alien/unreal, which fits.

Something about the angle of the pectorals. They look...maybe a bit too far apart and the left (viewer's perspective) looks really smooth compared to the right one. A nitpick, really. Charcoal's difficult to work with and you did great on the shading and bone mask texture too.
