They certainly are. I had this big bunch of yellow ones in a plant pot and I kept forgetting to water them. I was going to throw them out as they were dead and noticed this one was still tiny and alive and WHITE! So I picked it and photoed it. It's still hanging on in a drop of water so I'm going to try and do it again before it dies as well. It's a bit bigger now
