M107 is a military code name for M82A1M, which is modernization of M82. As far as I know, there are some improvements like a new action handle, muzzle break, monopod and so on.

Not much really the M82's were the Original productions, They had a small raise picatinny rail that was later replaced with the full length rail on the M107s. Another key difference is the muzzle break was redesigned on the M107A3 to be round and was also designed to be integral to a suppressor that attaches by lock over the muzzle braking, meaning you don't need to change anything to have a suppressed .50
All in all there is the M82A1, M82A1A,M82A1M, M82A2 (shoulder fired variant), M82A3, M107A1. The most significant difference between the M82 and M107 is the weight reduction. With 4Lb shaved off the 107's are significantly lighter.
