Um... just to double check... I've got CS4 so would this be saved to the "Brushes" folder found under: Adobe PhotoShop CS4 --> Presets --> Brushes? Never downloaded brushes before :s

I dont really know about the other programms but Photoshop should be able to use it. CS1-3 and if I'm not mistaken Photoshop Elements as well.
