By the way, just checked in Photoshop for those splash brushes but didn't find :/ Have you downloaded a brush collection from internet?

I made them by myself. Just take splash picture, edit to grayscale, and make it to "shadow" (i don't know, how call that in english- it isn't my first language). You have to had black splash on white background. Next select black splash and in "edit" menu you have option "define brush preset". Name that and click "OK" and you have splash brush. I hope this is help you
