That's actually my character in a Second Age game. The armor was stripped off of a statue of a First Age Dragon-Blood that was involved in the magical binding meant to keep a First Age Solar's demonically corrupted essence from being freed during the Usurpation. Since the rest of the group had managed to break that seal, it seemed helpful to upgrade his armor since, well, they didn't need it any more. ^_^;

As for the weapons, he's wielding the Third Arm Glaive which has had its blade turned up to 11. He's been doing a good bit of tomb robbing with his circle, which explains why they've been able to find a fairly large range of ridiculous First Age trinkets. It seems we've been taking them out on loan for the pain we'll have inflicted upon us later. lol

As for the artwork, I approve. He is an active officer within the Fourth Field Force of Lookshy (a story unto itself), so he should look decked out and beefed up. Now that I think about it, he is basically kitted out with a bunch of First Age tech, so the guess makes sense. ^_^

Sounds like a great game. Where yours is marked by bad-ass artifacts mortgaged against threat, ours seems to be predicated upon privation and almost stone-age tech half the time. I'd probably be more jealous if we didn't have a damn fine ST who makes sure I enjoy going up unarmed against a military unit and ending the fight six rounds later carrying a pair of swords, looking back on a swath of corpses.
