Alright, alright. I promised I'd give you's deviants a break after all the uploads I've been making recently, but i have to post this one piece while it's still recent and timely! You understand.Now, a some quick advise to Mr. Hussein:
Saddam. Buddy. Listen up pal. *puts arm around Saddam* It's over man. It's just... over. You had a good run. I mean, man, you beheaded more people that I can count! That's gotta mean something right? But now, Baghdad no longer belongs to you. It's the people's now. No more beheadings. It's not cool anymore. You had some giggles, a few laughs, but the game's over and you're out of quarters. It happens. Don't let it get you too down. I mean, you still have your looks.
AND HIS LIL SADDAM HAT! Yes, the moment of seriousness that was Alcander is over for now, so back to the funnies if you can call them that.

Rios you arcade-junkie, that is great! You can draw that wacky Iraqi better than the average political cartoonist, that's for sure! Heehee...I especially like the pixellated font on the GAME OVER.... little touches like that are the salt on the freedom fries!
You know, I'm not sure I ever noticed this, but seeing Sadaam next to an arcade game has made me realize something terrifying....
MARIO AND SADAAM ARE THE SAME PERSON! Just think about it...the mustache? The hat? The silly accent and love of pasta? It's so obvious! Heck, I'll bet that Saddam is hiding out in the Mushroom Kingdom right now, ordering around his turtle minions and organizing his princess harem! God help us if he gets his hands on a power-mushroom... God help us all!!

Even though this piece makes light of war, portraying it as a game, you did a great job. Its simple, to the point, and yes timely.
Get a job as a cartoon satirist for a newspaper or magazine. Submit your stuff to playboy (they accept a lot of submissions that other mags don't, believe it or not, they are regarded as one of the more open-minded mags as far as stuff like that goes). That is, if you aren't publishing already...
