You fixed your photoshop?! 8I I think im having the same problem, the animation is very slow unless i right-click and make the small menu appear for some reason...

All I did was minimize the animation window, then opened the "Save for web & devices" window.
The animation may still run slow once you upload it to the web, so if your frame rate is at
0.00 (no delay) switch it to 0.02, that way the animation isn't too fast.
