Well first I drew him then I outlined him then scanned him then I opened the picture up with Windows Live Photo Gallery. All I had to do was turn the highlights and the contrast all the way up and the shadows all the way down.

It really only works when you've only used black and white. You have to color over the pencil

i drew with pencil, scanned it, opened with a programm and retraced the lines again and colored it, but the result was just... meh -.-

yeah, i'm on the maybe most boring side of my contry xD really, there isn't even a shopping center or cinema or even a restorant o_o'' i have to travel for miles to the next city even if i just want to buy a simple manga xP
