I think what ~Rafa652 was saying is that when the mouth is 'smiling' it sort of touches the eyes. If you move it down one pixel that should fix it

The looks a bit chubby when sticking its tounge out, though.
I guess you don't like when I give suggestions on how to improve it, but...
I'd say that the part of its mouth that moves up, move it a pixel down.
If that doesn't look right, or if you don't want to do it, forget this suggestion.

A pretty good revamp.
I like it, it's kinda hard to see the tongue, though. This one is definitely better in my opinion anyway, since it's actually animated, and it has some nicer shading.
