Well while watching "The Walking Dead" one night (best show by the way) when I came up with an idea for a comic series.Rather than you surviving a zombie apocalypse, what if you, instead, become a zombie yourself? Well Ethan Alexander finds out...as not only he's a zombie, but he retains his humanity somehow. So yeah, he has zombie-like abilities such as: surviving most injuries that would normally be fatal, "sensing" the infected (zombie or not) and super strenght.
So he is searching the wasteland for answers as to what he has become, using his new state to kill zombies and help survivors....while fighting the urge to eat them.
His weapons includes: A shotgun, fire axe, a pipe rench, and two machetes.
Sounds intresting? Well of all my previous ideas, this one I'm actually considering doing as a side manga to my current Legend of the Skylord series. It wont take place in the same universe (obvious reasons) but if you think the series a good idea lemmie know ^_^

i would def read that if you put it together nd u could go so many ways....like if the zombie virus was an attempt at super soldier gone awry and only like .2percent of the population have the right genome for it to work. or u could give it a religous slant and be all end of the world...chosen one kinda thing.

*reading your web-comic* Some of the villains remind me of Seymour "Big" Cheese (Samurai Pizza Cats) in the sense that they're like the comedy relief of the comic (they say or do something that gets them in trouble with they're own group as well as the heroes).

LOL, now that will be an interesting combo (Kefka kinda LOOKS like the Final Fantasy equivalent of The Joker (especially in Dissidia))!
And Tidus is like the Guido Anchovy (again Samurai Pizza Cats) of the heroes (going after every pretty girl he sees and gets hit by at least one of his teammates for it).
