Decided on redoing ..again.
The third in line of the Orre Frontier Brains, Ted is in charge of the Battle Dome, a facility that focuses on battles. The player goes through 3 rounds of 3 tournaments and after completing 3 in a row will have a chance to take on Ted.
Ted is more or less one of the youngest of the Frontier Brains, second being Elliot, but is a hardened trainer with experience under his belt, If the player defeats him, he will award the Tactics Shard upon victory.
