Heather Eliane Olivia Fletcher-Brown is Olivia's Fletcher and Denis Brown's for second dimension doughter.
Olivia Fletcher is doughter of Vanessa Doofenshmirtz (from second dimension, too) and Ferb Fletcher (from our dimension)
Denis Brown is Django Brown younger brother
Simple: Heather is granddoughter of Ferb and Vanessa and niecie of Django and Adyson
