Threaten him and bodily harm him yes, but kill him? Doubtful. They are siblings, after all, so as much as they loathe each other they're family and are all each other has (outside of Zim of course, who now is a part of this makeshift family if he's dating Gaz whilst still being Dib's arch-foe).
