Kali isn't a demon. She and Durga are actually the same being. Durga transforms into Kali when she needed to slay a really powerful demon. The demon's blood would produce clones of itself. Kali would kill him and drink the blood so he wouldn't clone.Β

Thanks, I booked an appointment for next Tuesday, my artist is drawing it up for me. I gave him a few ideas and some more references including yours. Especially the skull necklace. It is great. I am doing a more un-conventional version of her with 6 arms and not the blue skin tone. I will make sure to send a photo when it is complete. it'll be one 4 hour session.
