A beautiful render of your friend. The eyes are very expressive. Nice job.
I've been looking for Lithuanian artists. Both of my parents immigrated to the U'S. around WW1, so I have an interest in Lithuania. And, it's artists. Your gallery looks like a place to come back to. Interesting. Please, also come see my site.

Thank you for taking a look. I'm very glad you like Miranda's portrait.
Happy to hear your parents found a new home successfully. I have many relatives who's predecessors did the same around the same time.

Thank you for responding. I grew up in a mostly Lithuanian neighborhood in Chicago and spoke Lithuanian at home during my childhood. It was a mixture of Lithuanian and English, but even that is fading now. I look at the comments your fans make on your site and recognize only a few words, here and there. I always meant to see my parents homeland but
never did. Anyway, thank you. It's nice to talk to you and share an interest in art.

It would be quite a long trip, to go to Lithuania. I've seen my US relatives only once and never made it to their homes myself. It is hardly a priority, I guess, when life offers so much more for exploration.
Thank you for looking at my works and I hope you had a good end of summer.

I agree - Lithuania is on the other side of the planet, for me, and I haven't even seen all of the U.S. yet. But, I hear, Lithuania is a beautiful country.
Your artwork is worth looking at, and I will continue to follow you. My summer was hot but good. I hope yours was nice? Winter, here in Florida brings us an active hurricane season. My hometown of Saint Petersburg was targeted by Hurricane Dorien, still churning, as we speak, but has changed its mind, and is predicted to make landfall on Florida's East coast, Tuesday, and move up the coast instead.
I thank you for talking to me. It is always nice hearing from you.

Thanks for keeping an eye on my artwork.
I hope this hurricane season won't be too bad. We have only moderate weather, summer storms cut off some electric lines, but that's about it.
Have a great Autumn!

Thanks for taking the time to write and I hope it won't be the last time. You are about the only
Lithuanian artist - friend - I know, and it's nice to have that link. You are a talented artist and I will continue to return to your site to see what's new, or what I missed.

A beautiful drawing - I quite like how the techniques seem to blend into each other.
