Thank you! And I think so as well, the full color feels more...real? Some people are really good at gray scale coloring and you cant tell the difference but to me maybe because I spent hours on it and still doesnt feel like originally colored.

Yeah! I watched few different videos of people coloring from gray scale to full on colors and they all used Soft Light Layer above the Black and White and work their way thru it, after that they start to play around with the Hue, saturation , etc... and when that looks acceptable they paint over it all with colors if needed, so its actually a lot of steps but the most important one is the Soft Layer one I think.

I'm not that great with PS, I used to use SAI and then transfer the drawings to PS just for the extra glowy effects, but now days I got an iPad with pen to draw with and thats pretty much it that I been using since the last few months, the program there called Procreate and it is a lot similar to PS but a lot more simpler you could say so pretty much a SAI kek.
Sure here Ill link you the 2 I watched.

/The 2nd one I didnt fully watch cuz got a bit confused over the different layers, but I think thats the one where they paint over the entire thing.

Indeed, its all about technique and practice, and yeh the 2nd video this person has been doing this for quite sometime with no huge break gabs (unlike me) I tend to stray a lot and then come back and expect my drawing to be improved derp <-< but yeh thank you, Ill keep on going and practicing till I find what coloring technique Im most good/ comfortable at.
