ok, so...my educational background is in environmental science AND art.....so my mind is constantly flipping back and forth between science and artistic images. and on my mind constantly is the fact that we do not use our heads when it comes to protecting the environment we live in. to top this all off...i "played" Mother Earth at a local elementary school's Earth Day celebration...yes, ivy in my hair, wearing a long white "earthy" gown etc....so, i was thinking about Mother Earth...wouldn't she be so sad looking at this once beautiful place we have damaged? would the tears she shreds follow the cracked earth and maybe become a stream? who knows? just my mind wandering on a slow day here at work.
