Description The air got colder, but the beach remained warm. The sea was just the right temperature and if you got yourself to fight the chill when you got out, swimming was the best.

People were gone. Went home or back in their tents or apartments or trailers. The smell of dinners spoke of what they're doing.

They were missing a great sunset. I almost never did. I stayed on the beach, even if alone. Why should I miss it? It was perfect. The waves rolling in like they always did and always will. And my whole life waiting for me just a few steps up a slope in a camp.

That was a lifetime away. But some things are eternal.
And left to others...

I love the variety of red/orange tones but did you alter them in any way? I also think that the dark forest (or whatever that is) gives a special meaning to the picture

Thank you! No, the image wasn't altered in any way. All those colours were such, because the air was pretty strange at that time. It was right after a severe storm and another one was coming.
Yes, that's ... well, not exactly a forest, because there are houses in there and camping trailers etc...

wow...in that case, I'm amazed I've never seen such a beautiful sky after a storm but then again, it must depend on your location too I just love watchin' the sky
