Einsatzhafen Voitsberg Is a German Luftwaffe operational airfield located on Voitsberg, a moon of Skalbmierz in the Tanarsus System.Since it’s secret construction in 2234, the base has hosted the Jagdgeschwader 5953 “Krake” fighter wing. The base’s primary mission is to provide forward deployed combat power and support capabilities within the Tanarsus System. The base also administers a network of unmanned intercept and surveillance radar stations and an advanced integrated defense network.
The base underwent a sizable expansion in the aftermath of the Tanarsus World War and is currently the largest permanent Luftwaffe facility in the system. The ongoing Soviet-German War has placed renewed importance on Einsatzhafen Voitsberg, and numerous Luftwaffe and foreign units have been assigned there including fighter squadrons from the Carinthia State, Italian Social Republic and others.
