Description
I've never really been satisfied with my previous attempts to draw Lovecrafts greatest menace, so I thought I'd give the story a fresh read and reimagine it.

While most conceptions of Cthulhu are based on the idol presented by inspector Legrasse ( undoubtedly the work of a madman trying to realize something beyond his comprehension)
I decided to use the only real account of what the thing looks like ( as described by the mad sailor Johansen )

..Its gelatinous green immensity... A mountain walked or stumbled.. the awful squid head with writhing feelers..
