Thanks. I don't know, it took me about 3-4 nights to draw it, from sketch. I'm not sure how many hours that means, tho. 10 maybe? more or less.

I usually don't spend that much time on an artwork lol, but the starry curtains took forever to color and blend and rinse and repeat QwQ

Thanks a lot. I did it in copic markers. It's all in the brush stroke, you put more pressure where you want the color to be darker/stronger(at the base and tips of the hair in my case) and and do a quick stroke while gradually taking the tip off the paper. That way you'll get some sort of a gradient which will make the hair (or w/e you're coloring) look shiny

You'll get the hang of it through practice; no one here on devart was born an expert. Copics are awesome, it just takes a little time to get to know them
