I'd actually finished Tetsuko's Odyssey 1 - Page 7 earlier this week; but I also wanted to be able to post Page 8 to bring the scene to a nice close. The little girl is safe, the crooks who stole the armored truck are in the hands of the police, and Tetsuko is back on her way to Sonya's lab (and her "collision with Destiny")!Previously:

It would have been cool to have seen Tetsuko help lift the armored truck off of the squad car and then said what she said

She must heal very quickly as well because I expected some sense of agony after Tetsuko was done dealing with the truck having seen the discussion about pain on part 5|
I'm not just bellyaching here for its sake or to imply "quit being realistic nor be realistic or don't really" actually something more akin to a demonstration of how introducing realistic policies to an inherently very unreal world/narrative can often be something of a 2x-edge sword|

How much time passed from Tetsuko's origin story?
I'm kind of surprised that those cops recognized her.

My thought is that about two or three years have passed since the Injection, during which Tetsuko has gained somewhat of a reputation for being a "super heroine" for just such deeds as this.

Now that you drew Tetsuko mentioning eating, it would be pretty cool to see her devouring absurd amounts of food to keep her gargantuan body in function.

You are generally right, Tetsuko's powers are very similar to HULK or SHE-HULK, in that she has super strength and the associated powers that comes with it like durability, endurance and stamina. But she is not as strong or powerful and the HULK and maybe She-HULK. In the old MARVEL power scaling, she can probably bench 10 tons, similar to Spider-Man and most med-tier superheroes. That is if I remember correctly.

That is a weirdly little kid comment. After all that I could easy see a kid worried about their own leg. It's just the way they function sometimes. Kudos for the dialogue!
