Description Notice: The Sigil itself is not new, I have merely created a template into which I can now fit all my Sigils in order for them to have at least a little uniformity.

House: Khastrel
Sigil: Dark Blue Raven with open wings, with Raven's Eye in the middle
Words: Beware of our talons
Story: Gareth Khastrel was a farmboy from an ordinary family, though strong and agile for his age. He was recruited when the Phantom War began and quickly rose to the rank of centurion. In the War against the Demon he even was rewarded with nobility, and he chose the Raven as his Sigil, and his sword in the middle to remind everyone that he was not born a Noble, he worked hard for it. Due to the cruel circumstances, he was not granted a piece of land, only a sum of money, thanks to which he was able to marry Lord Alabast's youngest daughter, Suly. He became great friends with Lord Bromir Molkeen, and in the Darkest Battle, when Bromir was losing against a demon, he intervened, shielding Bromir from a brutal strike. The axe shattered the shield and took Gareth's left arm off above the elbow, however, he was quick enough to thrust his sword into the demon's side, piercing its heart and coming out of its neck, slaying it. After the battle he had to give up his centurion badge and go home with a sum of gold to buy himself a land. However, the gold was not enough, and slowly but steadily the Khastrel family was getting pourer and pourer, until Lord Bromir finally found Gareth and took him to Steelhorn to be his Advisor. Gareth has two sons, Evrat and Kurt, and two daughters, Lyria and Rika.
The sword is called Raven's Eye. The ruby sphere in its pommel was a family heirloom he received from his father before he went to war, and he found it fit to sit in his sword as a reminder of his past. The origin of the ruby, how it came to the Khastrel family, why they never sold it, is yet unknown, and Gareth cannot be bothered to think more about it.
