Luna is a quiet doe that doesn't speak. She's not mute but for some reason unknown she simply chooses to not speak at all. She communicates with other individuals based on body language mostly (including facial expressions, body signs or for those who are sensitive enough eyes only).
While Luna doesn't actively speak she makes a lot of other noises, which laughing and giggling are the most prominent ones. Her giggle is often described as sweet and most likely accompanied by a little hiccup whenever she needs to breath during it.

Even though she's quiet if it comes up to vocal expressions she's far from it when it comes up to moving. Sneaking herself in or out is nearly impossible due to her loud movement. Luna has heavy steps even tough she's very light of build and if running through the forest she can already be heard from a far.
A thing that bothered her heavy during fawn hood as it made playing hide and seek impossible for her...except she was the seeker of course...but who wants to be the seeker alllll the time?
Excitable/Imaginative
All and everything around her even the smallest event, others would ignore is exciting and can trigger many reactions from this doe. To Luna there's no such thing as minor and unimportant event because everything is important. And if it's only the first flight of butterflies that just emerged from their cocoons, Luna will be there watching it in awe with bright sparkling eyes.

Since the imagination of this young doe seem to know no borders, stories told to her are very intense experiences for Luna herself. Scary stories about monsters told around the campfire make her heart race more than they would to others. Wait did that bush just rustle? Gasp!
Dreamy

Sometimes Luna can be very dreamy and drifts off into her own world. She can than be found with a far off stare on her face, gazing at some point without reaction on others.
She's most of the time to far gone and lost in her own mind to notice those around her. Sometimes said stare into nowhere is accompanied by a small smile, almost like something happened in her dreamworld that she really like and felt happy about.
Studious / Good Learner

Luna has a great interest in herbs and magic and sucks any information about them up like a sponge. As a fawn she did the same with all kind of gossip (taking it for true as she couldn't tell it apart from real knowledge yet) which caused much confusion when she realized that some of those things told were just lies.
Now that she had grown into an adult doe gossip didn't interest her that much anymore...or to be correct she had learned to filter the real information out of all the social babble that rains down on her form all sides.
But true knowledge is what Luna is most drawn to and thus she seeks those out who have it in order to learn more. She takes great pleasure in getting lessons and slowly also in giving some to smaller fawns.
Devote/Religious
Luna is heavily devout especially towards their goddess Áillte up to the point that she talks to her mentally and builds little shrines for her whenever able to.
Even though the goddess does not truly reply to Luna, the young doe believes she does so and interprets natural phenomena are answers. Such as pale birds flying by or rustling of leaves.
Careful and Cautious
After making a terrible experience in her younger years, when she messed up making medicine, causing the patient to get even more sick instead of healing it, Luna started to work much more carefully. It's some kind of internal fear to fail again that makes her very cautious while working and let her check things more often than others would. Better check twice right?
The good thing about her careful, yet cautious working attitude is things rarely went wrong but the bad thing is that she works much slower than others do.
Curious
Luna is a curious doe that likes to know everything. A trait heavily tied to her studious nature. Why does this happen like it happened? Why did this stag act as he acted? Luna wants to know it all.
As a fawn her curiosty was caught by small things but now as an adult she started taking a particular interest in other cultures and foreign tales as well. Not because she wishes to be there but because she wants to know why it's like it is.

Hair
Very soft and flowy. Luna grew out of the messy floof she had as a child. She carries her mane that now grew to a medium length most of the time open. If working she usually kept them together with a small braid or a flower vine hairband.
Luna's two parted tail has grown as well, though the upper part is still much shorter. The lower part grew long and is most of the time open as well.
Coat
While having a very undesirable coat for a Glenmore doe, being a dapply grey, Luna tries to keep that coat clean. She's not very interested in beauty products to approve her appearance but having her pelt not stained with dirt is something she just needs to feel herself well.
While the dapples she had as a child slowly start to vanish more and more (she greyed out further), Luna feels kinda sad about it. They gave her a certain individuality after all.

Regarding the general texture, Luna's coat is soft and silky,leaving the impression it shines a little when under light (especially moonlight).

Build
Luna is perfectly build for a GM doe. She's light and dainty but doesn't look like a twig.
Being a commoner and one that wanders a lot she has a few muscles but they are not to visible. She's in fact more the athletic and sinewy type.

Trinkets and charms
Luna has no true charms but really desires to one day get one. A charm that would help her finding herbs a lot better or one that improves her magic.
She currently only wears her flower vine hairband if working as only trinket and two or three small pale blue blossoms in her mane during free time.

Other
Being now adult Luna grew herself a fine and thin unicorn horn and a little feathering around her hooves.

History:

- Born to a royal doe in spring 757. Since she had been sired by a commoner her dam was forced to give her baby daughter away.
- Luna was given to a random commoner doe who cared for her until she was two and than left her.
- At the age of three Luna meet the newborn twins Isabeau and Elodi and got adopted by their mother Dall.
- Lives with the forest family until they are brutally torn apart due to the dethronement of the twins father, king Drustan.
- Dall and Beau need to leave for the Needle due to being outcasts now. Even though Luna feels very attached to both does she doesn't get over herself to leave as well.
- She remains in Glenmore and returns to Oldegrove, where she tries to find a place in the Gardens.
- Luna starts working in the gardens and takes up herblore studies as well, while living under the care of the Old Mam, an elderly herbalist doe.

- Getting Luna to master level magic and herblore before her 15th birthday, in order to have her at realistic states for her age and backstory.
- slowly starting to talk (evtl. through singing to herself)
- Finding her a partner (not necessarily a true love) and evtl. letting her having a child of her own.
