So uh, I wanted to upload something today and I haven't really drawn anything worthwhile in a few days now. My hand's been hurtin' and when it's in pain I lose the will to draw. So I've been doing some writing and sprucing up my YCH Catalog , and I dug around on my hard drive for somethin' to upload. So I found this piece, a pixelated version of my Troutwin .

Wait, you want another Troutwin story? Well uh, hmm. . .

You were trodding down a muddy hill, dodging poison ivy and thorny branches until you were confronted by a large fishy body. You knew right away it was something fishy just from the smell. You realize right away who you've run into. . . a Troutwin. The two of you lock eyes, and he flaps his flippers and twitches his pectoral.

What do you do?

Happy now? Okay, so I drew this piece some time ago. I'm not sure when, um. . . ah! Back in early March. Thank goodness for "file info". My profile picture on Deviant Art was a cropped version of my Troutwin sketch , and this pixelated version was intended to replace it. I wanted to keep a ridiculous profile picture, while showing off my skill as a pixel artist. Unfortunately, once I actually applied this drawing as a profile picture, you could hardly notice all of the individual pixels I laid down. It just looked like a crappier version of what I already had. Instead of making a new and improved profile, I opted for a smaller, animated Troutwin similar to these -
