Aight, I'm PRETTY DIDDLY DARN SURE that Mewtwo didn't have that metalic chord connecting his neck and back before >:V

Mewtwo should've brought this up earlier so they could remove the restrictors and get him ones that wouldn't, you know, MUTILATE HIM. But kids do dumb things, especially when they're scared.

Well, Mewtwo's pokemon design always had that chord connecting the neck and spine. The thing I didn't guess was you mutilating the poor child in the first chapter >:V
