I don't understand the title.
I've used Polaroid film, both SX-70 style and the earlier wait-60-seconds-and-peel stuff, and it was generally blazingly fast (something like ISO 3000, due to the process used, which fully developed the image), not too much visible grain at typical print sizes (which were 1:1, not blown up at all), but with what I'd describe as terrible color balance. As I recall the contrast was somewhat out-of-control as well, which you'd expect from the film speed. The cameras sold by Polaroid Land -- or at least the ones I was familiar with -- generally had small lens sizes, which negated a lot of the film's basic speed advantage, but helped with depth of field and other lens issues which otherwise might have been a problem with such a large format.
The SX-70 style film was, as I recall, intrinsically not very sharp, as the light had to wend its way through about a zillion layers, but that was only an issue if you wanted to scan the prints and blow them up.
This image doesn't really look like any of that to me. Is it actually a Polaroid shot?
