Description
Had to make profiles of the characters that appeared in my comic for college, explaining a little bit about them. Which is good, because I had to do it eventually myself. Now, I'm still thinking about what to do with these two (and the other Figments for that matter) but here's what I got so far.

First, let me translate the text for non spanish speakers
Somnifer (a combination of somnium, latin for dream, and Lucifer):
- Wise and studious gentleman.
- Mysterious mage, thirsty for knowledge.
- Calm and quiet.

Arakyria (Ara, from arachnid and kyria, greek for lady)
- Hopeless romantic.
- Lost her home in a storm.
- Not very social (as opposed to Somnifer, who COULD socialize without much problem IF he wanted to, which he doesn't, really).
- Fanciful.

Somnifer is probably one of the oldest Figments. Unlike most of them, who are carefree and relatively simple-minded, he's much more serious and formal. His thirst for knowledge is only rivaled by Arbenet's. He is fascinated by the world he lives in and wants to uncover the many mysteries it holds, so he has spent most of his life observing and noting, experimenting and researching all about the Dreamworld and the Figments themselves. A good part of what is known about them actually came from his studies! In his time, he has seen many Figments come and go. He also noticed that, when a Figment dies, its magic essence is absorbed by the world and used to make another one much later on, whether it be in the same shape or as something entirely new (which is what happens most of the time), while retaining fragments of their previous memories. He has reason to believe he's been studying for many lives, actually.
Somnifer is very dilligent and organized, and while he may be a Figment of few words, he will be more than happy to give you a lecture of his studies if you ask nicely. Just don't forget to stop him... He is gentle and well mannered, but will kick you out of his library if you mock or threaten his research, which he takes great pride in. He is both, greatly annoyed and greatly intrigued by Arbenet, seeing him as an intruder (which is not helped by his obnoxious personality) but also as his only immediate source of information about the real world, as well as both being studious mages.

Arakyria is a refined spider-like Figment who loves romantic and cheesy stuff ever since she saw it in a dreamer's dreams and, despite Figments having no gender or reproductive organs or hormones for that matter, wants to be seduced by someone. It just makes her feel good. There haven't been a whole lot of candidates for that... And she lost her home during an unusually strong storm. She both, resents that night and is glad that it happened, because on that very night, she met her "Prince Charming", who extended his hand to help when she needed it the most. This fellow was no other than Somnifer, however, it is unclear how he feels about it. Arakyria, on the other hand? She is mad about him, and often visits him in his library ever since and sometimes tries to help him with his research. She might end up being counter-productive at times, but he appreciates the effort.
Outside of the lovey-dovey stuff, Arakyria is a dame that demands to be treated with respect. She's not the best at socializing in groups, but likes having one on one conversations with many different Figments. Tho, if she's in a group of Figments she's established a relationship with before, she will feel a little more confident. That said, she's more than capable of returning insults when provoked or scorning you if you interrupt her daydreaming. (a daydreaming Figment, how about that)

Trivia!
- Arakyria's design comes from the concept of 'Asibikaashi', the spider woman from native American culture who makes dream catchers.
- Arakyria can inject venom through her claw-like fingers for self defense. This venom can either paralyze, sleep or even kill depending on how concentrated it is. Her webs come from where you would expect.
- Her eyes and fingertips can glow in the dark. The fingertips glow whenever she's producing venom, which is a bright, deep purple.
- Somnifer has a Grimoire in which he lists all the Figments he has encountered and observations as well as some personal notes he's made about them (powers, personalities, quirks...) and notable places in the Dreamworld he's been to.
- Somnifer doesn't have the innate ability that many other Figments have to go into people's dreams. He's been working on a spell that allows him to so that he can study dreamers as well, but it doesn't work very well and makes him appear as fuzzy, ghost like apparitions , often turning their dreams into nightmares.
- He has big, floating hands, which he can conceal and reveal at any moment
- Somnifer's library rarely gets any visitors other than Arakyria.
