Very nice shot of a butterfly. I wish I had a camera that could take close up shots like that.

I wish I'd taken a little more time and got the focus on the body rather than the wings. What sort of camera do you have?

About a $20 digital camera with a x2 zoom and only 2 resolution settings, heh.

So is a nice camera on the wish list then? At least they are coming down in price every day

Not like I have much to photograph. Which reminds me. I need to snap some shots of a couple Lego models I put together. Had them over 6 years.

Cool, lego modelling is loads of fun. Have you seen any of those on DA?

In a butterfly house in Lancaster. The best place to get photos of butterflies as they are used to people and don't fly off

In a butterfly house people are part of the furnature so they get used to them. Toilet training them is much harder though

Amazing...
Just wanted to ask you a question about Butterflies. Do they really live for One Day only?

I think you may be thinking about May flies. Some live for just a week or two but some butterflies migrate accross oceans and live for up to six months. To my knowlege non live longer than a year
